DO NOT PASS GO
The picture below is the token: every byte of it lives in the minting transaction. No IPFS, no server, nothing to keep alive.
He was handed 2,463,071,701 ada at genesis — 7.92% of every coin that would ever exist, in a single output, before the chain had produced one block. That was the payment for building it.
Nine years later the building is still going, and so is the invoice. Eleven treasury withdrawals naming Input Output have been enacted: 362,642,951 ada — 53% of every ada the treasury has ever paid out, a majority in the 2025 budget cycle and a majority again in 2026. Nothing here was stolen. Every line was proposed in public, voted through, and settled on chain. "For the ecosystem." That is the joke. There is always a next initiative, a next cycle, a next vision — so the column never reaches a last line. It was never meant to.
The deed is his. The grey bars are the descriptions — you are not meant to read those. The 108,844.5 BTC the 2015–17 voucher sale raised belongs to a different story with a different owner, and is deliberately not in this total.

| policy id | computing… |
| policy script | { "type": "before", "slot": 194681106 } — no signature required, so anyone may mint until that slot, after which the policy is dead forever |
| asset name | DNPG<8 hex> — derived from the UTxO you spend, so every mint is a distinct token |
| image | 9,909 bytes of SVG, base64 in CIP-25 metadata |
| you pay | ~0.79 ADA network fee, plus ~1.17 ADA min-UTxO that stays in your wallet holding the token |
| creator takes | nothing — there is no payment address in this transaction |
| proof | the image is embedded in the transaction your wallet signs. After it confirms, pull the base64 back out of the CIP-25 metadata, decode it, and you get the picture above — byte for byte, from the chain, with no server involved. |
