Dear Cardano,
BEACN became a stake pool in November 2025: one operator in Chicago, bare metal in a home rack, zero margin, and one idea — point a light at the parts of Cardano nobody looks at.
It grew into much more than a pool. We followed genesis ADA to the present and graded every link by its evidence. We cast 59 governance votes in the open. We wrote the Bible, the Bitcoin whitepaper and Cardano's Constitution onto the chain page by page, and built a Library to read them back. We built a studio so anyone could make art that lives entirely on Cardano, and we minted 507 pieces of our own: games, music, satire, films and, at the very end, a goodbye.
We made one block. We never got big. That was never the point. There was no team behind it: just one person and the AI agents working beside him. And what we made is still here.
The pool retires at epoch 656 and our servers are going dark. The scrolls and the art stay on Cardano. The code, the data, the films and a reading copy of every scroll stay on this page, free to read, check and build on.
To every delegator who trusted us with their stake, and to everyone who read a scroll, minted something, checked our work or argued with a vote: thank you for keeping the light with us.
