Who owns this book?
- The NFT arrives in your wallet — you hold the book.
- Whoever holds the NFT is the keeper: every future entry pays its ~1 ADA anchor to the wallet where the NFT lives.
- If the book moves wallets, the entries already in it stay attached and travel with it.
- The minting window expires about an hour after construction. After expiry, a verified supply of one cannot increase.
Estimated cost
Estimated network fee: about 0.3 ADA. The fee scales with the size of the cover art, so your wallet will show you the exact number before you sign — that figure, not this one, is the one that gets spent.
Approve in your wallet
Connect first — you'll see exactly which wallet and network receive the book before anything is signed.
Your wallet authorizes the mint. The policy includes an expiry slot; supply is checked after publication. Avoid retrying a submitted transaction until you have checked its receipt.

Give it a purpose
A personal record, project log, or guestbook for an occasion. The NFT identifies your Book; its public entries stay with its history when it changes hands.
Let people add an entry
Each entry records a name and message in a wallet transaction. It pays a minimum-output anchor to the current keeper plus a network fee. Entries are public.
Connect an original, if useful
A new Book can name an exact original from Ledger Scrolls. Readers can check that file beside the entries. A Book is complete without an attachment.
Ownership, cost, and what the evidence proves
A book, a keeper, a history
Find a Book by $handle, holder address, or NFT reference. Its current holder is the keeper. The reader checks the native mint policy, reported supply, and available ownership history. Unresolved history stays visibly partial.
Public by design
Project logs and personal books use the same public entry rules. They are not private notebooks or owner-only feeds. Each entry pays the keeper an anchor plus a network fee; payment does not establish truth or prevent spam.
Evidence, with limits
Names are self-declared. An input address is not verified human identity. The app relies on providers for chain facts; it does not independently verify Cardano consensus or inclusion proofs. Read the shared guide ↗
